Randell Constructions developed this property and if there were a contest for a property with the most interesting challenges, this property would hit top of the list. The home had to be designed with a growing family in mind and was customised as a staged development. The property was covered with dense bushland and had to meet certain bushfire requirements to both the front and rear of the development. The house was set on a sloping site with technical structural engineering requirements. The property also require a fully serviceable dam which was designed with the assistance of geotechnical engineers. Oh and it was off-grid for water and sewage...

The outcome was a beautiful, luxurious and contemporary bushland abode with spectacular sunset views which we think was well worth all those challenges.
